ADVISER HUB

As a Mortgage Club member, you’ll gain access to L&G’s adviser hub with Mortgage Research & Sourcing Platform Legal & General Ignite offering the following research facilities within one integrated platform;

• Affordability Calculator- Both Residential and Buy-to-Let affordability calculators connected to L&G’s panel of lenders.
• Criteria - Search criteria for Residential, Buy-to-Let, Later Life, Second Charge & Bridging. Find your client the most appropriate lender, based on their individual circumstances.
• Product - Access products from a growing panel of 150+ lenders and download compliant documents including ESIS and Evidence of Research.
• Property - Check whether lenders will offer on a certain property type, view property EPCs and generate certificates.
